Athena CIP (IMPORTANT!)

Hi everyone.. Just an update for the Athena Founders' Day CIP..

The CIP will take place this coming wednesday, 25th of March. There will be no lesson at all during the entire day.

So, our class is tasked mainly to decorate the hall. I also need 1-2 people to take photos, some people to do the souvenirs, and some people to accompany our beneficiaries.

Hence, I have divided the class into groupings as follows:

TENTATIVE GROUPINGS
HALL DECORATION:

TASK:
Decorate the hall based on the plan made by the 3 CT Reps (S60, S62, S66). We'll be working together with people from these classes.

BENEFICIARIES' ASSISTANTS:

TASK:
Assist the beneficiaries during the entire event (2 students per each beneficiary). Our class will be assigned to 6-7 beneficiaries.

TASK:
Work on the souvenirs, our budget per beneficiary is $10. The souvenirs MUST include the photos taken by Joanne. I'll inform Li Qin and Eva later on the details of what to do. The souvenirs must be done before 11am on that day.

PHOTOTAKING:

TASK:
Take picture of each beneficiary, and get it printed ASAP on the designated printing room. (I'll tell you where later) Then give the photos to the Souvenirs groups to be included in the souvenirs made.
