right after rather depressing GP results, too ._. I know terence and joanne (KI people not scholars not yam and philemon :P) went with mrs toh early on (~2?), must have been bored to death since the next batch (the ones who went with eva and her dad) came around ~6+.
anyway eva's dad's lorry is damn cool =D hsiuchin, shiyu, junkai, josh and I (and eva of course) made up that batch. we even managed to take some random unglam shots on the way xD
so when we reached the girls went to prepare food and help out in the kitchen and the guys slacked after setting up josh's (or ngoc thu's? no idea) nice speaker system :X (yey I feel like an ass :P). oh well guys no kitchen skillz lor =(
oh ya and tess brought cookies! xD /random
joanne and eva set up the bbq, preparing for the arrival of our vips =D
and yeah soon enough everyone arrived and the average noise levels got higher. mrs toh, mrs tan and mr lau came too ;)
and hey, look how hardworking we are, k. hsiuchin's group and yongjie's group doing PW during class chalet. take that, pw tan! :P
yeah after dinner and cleanup we basically slacked thru the night :P
activites:
- some bridge with alvin/junkai/terence/philemon/joanne,
- josh put on a movie (was it something about gay volleyballers?),
- junting read a book,
- a group was playing blackjack in one of the rooms, losing lots of $$ to weisheng (think it was chris, shiyu, liqin, weisheng, chongwei)
- another group playing mahjong in the same room (tess, jiaqi, joanne, hsiuchin/chongwei, as of before I went to sleep),
- me and jingjie attempting to cs with yongjie and philemon (with ivan going back and forth and owning all of us :P),
- and jingjie went to dota after a bit, while I spectated the mahjong game.
- and chongwei was like flittering between blackjack, answering hsiuchin's questions on mahjong, and watching jingjie lag in dota xD
- and terence was dunno watching what on his laptop (a documentary or something :X)
yongjie, philemon and I went to sleep "early" (if 4am is early...actually it might be early to joanne :P sleep earlier!). apparently you hardcore people slept at like 7am or something. I applaud these people :P
the next day and...wow...we actually look awake! :O
...although only a bunch helped make breakfast :X
and so we packed up and left. joanne and eva went to check out for the whole group of us while the rest of us left on the bus stop on the opposite side :P
we stopped at a bubble tea shop and gave them more business in 15 minutes than they might have gotten in an hour :P
and then we ate lunch!
and went to the arcade!
and cycled at pasir ris park! (no photos of that because no one should be taking photos while cycling :P)
and crashed a playground and became little kids! =D
...or failing at being little kids :P
and camwhored some moar! (I believe we were originally going to trick kenn into being thrown into the sea, but eh)
and played soccer and frisbee, but no shots of those :P I "goalkicked" the ball to chongwei like twice D: /fail
and then we left, tired and happy! aha.
let's go out some time again! (yes I know tonight is zhu-on, obviously I mean a separate one ;D) and then someone can teach me how to play sports ._.
